Regulated consultant, RCIC R520189
The Quebec Experience Program (PEQ), Graduate stream, is a Quebec permanent selection program for certain graduates of a Quebec educational institution, subject to MIFI conditions.
Processing time
Quebec selection times vary with MIFI volume. The federal permanent residence stage that follows often takes around 6 months.
Estimate only, based on times typically observed with IRCC or MIFI. Times vary by visa office, application volume and file complexity. They are not a guarantee.
The Quebec Experience Program (PEQ) is a Quebec permanent selection program. The Graduate stream is for certain people who obtained an eligible diploma from a Quebec educational institution and who demonstrate the French level required by MIFI.
A successful PEQ selection leads to a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). Permanent residence remains a separate application to IRCC.
We verify eligibility for the Graduate stream under the rules in force at filing (diploma, French, status in Quebec) and prepare the selection application, then the federal file where applicable.
