NK immigration is a Canadian immigration consulting firm led by Madiha Bichra, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licence R520189, member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

We provide Canadian immigration consulting and file support: pathway orientation, application preparation, document review, and follow-up with IRCC and, where applicable, MIFI, for procedures such as study, work, permanent residence, family sponsorship and visiting.

NK immigration is not a government body. We do not issue visas, permits or immigration decisions. Decisions belong exclusively to the competent authorities (IRCC, MIFI or others).

The evaluation form on the site is a preliminary contact step. It does not automatically create a representation mandate and does not produce an automated eligibility result.

After receiving your submission, our team reviews your profile and may follow up with an orientation. Any formal engagement is set out in a separate service agreement defining scope, fees and each party’s obligations.

Canadian immigration depends on legal criteria, changing policies, the quality of documents provided and the assessment of authorities. No outcome (approval, specific timeline, score or admission) is guaranteed.

Information published on the site (programs, document lists, indicative timelines) is informational and may change. It does not replace personalized advice or official IRCC or MIFI materials.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any omission, falsification or non-authentic document may lead to refusal, sanctions, or termination of the mandate.

You remain responsible for verifying the official requirements that apply to your situation and for meeting authorities’ deadlines.

Consulting fees are communicated before a written mandate is opened. Government fees (IRCC, biometrics, medical exams, translations, and similar) are separate and remain your responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment, refund and cancellation terms are set out in the applicable service agreement.

Regulated immigration consulting services are provided in accordance with the CICC code of professional conduct and standards. The responsible consultant remains accountable to the regulator for acts within authorized practice.

If you have a complaint about the professional conduct of an RCIC consultant, you may contact the CICC under that body’s published procedures.

Site content (text, structure, trademarks, graphic elements) is protected. Unauthorized reproduction, extraction or commercial use is prohibited, subject to legal exceptions.

You agree to use the site lawfully, without attempting to compromise its security, without sending unlawful or abusive content, and without impersonating others.

We may suspend access to the site or refuse a submission in case of abusive use or a security risk.

To the extent permitted by law, NK immigration and its collaborators are not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, delays attributable to authorities, government refusal decisions, or consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

Total liability related to use of the site is limited, where permitted, to proven direct damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The site may link to official resources (IRCC, MIFI, CICC) or third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Subject to mandatory public-order rules, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Disputes relating to the site or services will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on the site, with its update date, prevails. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes, to the extent permitted by law.
